SPS Italia dedicates a space to the younger generations and continues its commitment to bridging the gap between school and industry
"Academy" is an exhibition area designed for young graduates from vocational schools, technical institutes (ITIS), technical institutes (ITS), and Italian universities who will be entering the digital factory in the coming years. This pavilion is dedicated to training, offering a meeting place for Academies, technology providers for teaching, STEAM educational solutions, training platforms, design tools, and a platform for talks and workshops on new opportunities in the Digital Industry.
Goal: to orient, educate, and cultivate, foster interest in emerging professions, and foster connections to address the skills mismatch.
To exhibit
A space that complements other Academy initiatives, such as the Lectures at the Fair, Academy On Tour, and the "Girls, Women in ICT" working group, in collaboration with the School of Robotics and the Ministry of Education, University, and Research: a commitment to a fair balance of roles, stemming from an urgent need.
- Dedicated entrance for students
- School visits to the Academy stands, meetings with HR, technical and multimedia content, and demonstrations
- Three days of events, talks, and collaborations with: the School of Robotics, the Ministry of Education, University, and Research, Indire, Confindustria, the Metropolitan City of Milan, STEAMiamoci, Open Factory, Primavera della Pari Opportunità, Girls Code It Better, Technological Transformation Centers, and local associations

Participation proposal
- Pre-fitted stand or space to be set up in the dedicated area.
- Three days of events and talks in Arena Next, combined with an Upskilling and Reskilling session.
5% discount on the area fee for registrations by October 15, 2025.
