Outfitting and dismantling timetables 2027
OUTFITTING
Outfitting and introduction of goods to be exhibited shall be carried out in the days and at the times indicated below:
MONDAY, MAY 24: Stands will be available to those who have requested pre-set-up areas.
DISMANTLING
Dismantling of stands and removal of fittings and exhibited goods shall be carried out in the days and at the times indicated below:
NOTE: ON THURSDAY, MAY 27, SETUP CREW MEMBERS ARE NOT PERMITTED ENTRY.
LOADING AND UNLOADING DURING THE EVENT
ACCESS IS PERMITTED UPON PAYMENT OF A €100.00 DEPOSIT IN CASH OR VIA POS, FOR A MAXIMUM OF TWO HOURS, DURING THE EVENT FOR CATERING OR FOR EMERGENCY INTERVENTIONS BY EXHIBIT BUILDERS AT THE BOOTH (THIS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED FOR EXHIBIT BUILDERS ON MAY 27, 2027).
